SESSIONS
America's Best Practices
These hospitals are thriving in the face of enormous competition and quickly changing times.  Here are the management practices that are common to all of them.

Cultivate a Great Workplace Culture at Your Practice
If the last session made a strong case for an engaged team as a way to achieve greatness, then this lecture will teach you how to hire, onboard, train, and review that team.  An excellent course for the time-crunched practice leader.

Financial Oversight for the Busy Practice Leader
Are you comfortable using financial data and performance reports from your software to manage your practice?  In this session, you'll learn what information to regularly review, how to interpret the data you're looking at, and the latest benchmarks for your area in these fast changing times.

Veterinary Marketing Best Practices
Unsure of how to spend your advertising dollars or not convinced that your investment is paying off?  Halow covers the fundamentals of Google ads, content strategy marketing, Facebook ads, and YouTube advertising.  He'll also teach you how to select the most effective, affordable advertising strategy for your business.

SPECIAL PRE-SYMPOSIUM SESSION
OSHA Compliance Made Easier, Really? REALLY!

The Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) assures safe and healthful working conditions for working men and women.  OSHA does this through setting and enforcing standards and by providing training, outreach, education and assistance. In this short workshop, OSHA will provide an overview of employer workplace requirements and resources for small businesses. In this session, participants will learn: What is OSHA?
