Delaware's Leaders Celebrate National Pet Week
Governor Jack Markell, Lt. Governor Matt Denn and other state Senators and Representatives are celebrating National Pet Week, May 6-12, 2012 with the Delaware Veterinary Medical Association (DVMA) by sharing the their pets with Delaware.
During National Pet Week, the Delaware Veterinary Medical Association is sharing some pet owner stories and advice from Delaware’s leaders. “They value the bond they have with their pets and recognize the importance of regular veterinary care,” says Lynn Appel, Executive Director of the DVMA. “We hope their stories and advice will set a good example for all of Delaware’s pet owning public.”
